Consulting and information in various languages including French, English, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish, Greek, German, Taiwanese, Arabic, and Hindi.
Authorization to use the ICTC logo and list “Member of ICTC” on your webpage
After 1 year, General Members have opportunity to advance to “Master Trainer” status by challenging the ICTC certification exam

Affiliate Member

If you are a graduate of an ICTC validated Certification course – either as a candidate for certification or as someone who has achieved certification and/or Master level status, you are automatically awarded ICTC Affiliate Status. Benefits of affiliate status include:

On-demand access to etiquette tips, sources, ICTC training webinars, resources and reference materials
Ongoing contact with civility experts from around the world
Mentoring from “Master Trainers” who have 10 years or more of civility training or a related area of expertise
