Accredited Trainers, Memberships, Resources & More
In a world where leadership is often discussed but not as frequently exhibited, and at a time when values such as integrity and honesty are hard to come by, validated occupational standards, and credentials for soft skills trainers that are recognized and respected all around the world, are in exceedingly high demand. The International Civility Trainers’ Consortium (ICTC) serves as a governing body, regulating, validating, and administering credentials in the field of social competence.
In addition to credentials assignment and recognition, and maintenance of the worldwide accredited civility trainers database, ICTC’s mandate is to bring together practicing civility experts from all over the world to collaborate, exchange ideas, consult, and coach each other towards building a comprehensive resource of current, relevant, and culturally-correct civility training tools and curriculum that is applicable world-wide. The ICTC Global Credentials Board is made up of 12 esteemed practitioners and field experts.
Collectively the panel advises on, and validates current and new credentials based on strict National Occupational Standards, sector council guidelines and ongoing bi-annual Advisory Board review. As of July 2017, ICTC offers the only national occupational standard for social competence trainers in the world.
